The group classes at Ultimate Fitness are for all levels and have been designed as a 4 week program that changes from month to month to keep your body guessing and achieving results. It's filled with 5 different styles of training: HIIT, Strength training, Body weight, Crossfit & Conditioning. The main focuses of the classes are form correction, providing motivation and guaranteeing an organized schedule. The classes are an open style. The morning hours are 5am-12pm and the night hours are 4pm-8pm. Come ready to work because results are on our mind.
Group Fitness Class Hours:
Monday/Thursday : 5:00AM - 12:00PM and 4:00PM - 8:00PM
Friday : 5:00AM - 12:00PM
Saturday: 7:15AM & 9:30AM
Group personal training is different because of that operative word, personal. Group personal trainers do one thing differently than an exercise instructor - they coach. In a group personal training setting, students are often doing different things at their own customized level of fitness or ability.
With group personal training you get the added benefit of motivation from both your peers and the instructor. There's more energy in a group setting and even a little bit of good, old-fashioned competition. It’s just human nature that if the person next to you is giving an all out effort, you are more likely to do the same.
